Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In the case of an order for several goods that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

100 Days Trial Sleep – Voluntary Service from MUSSELO
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer you the opportunity to try out your MUSSELO blanket at your leisure for 100 days.
The 100 days begin on the day you received the goods.
Should you determine within this period that MUSSELO is not right for you, please contact us no later than the 100th day after receipt at hallo@musselo.com with your order number. We will then send you the return information. The goods must then be returned to us within 14 days of receiving our return information.
Conditions
The product may be carefully and appropriately tested within the scope of the 100-day trial sleep. Excluded are products that are excessively soiled beyond normal use, for example by liquids, pet hair or smoke odor, as well as products that have been damaged, improperly used, deliberately altered or treated contrary to the care instructions.
The direct costs of the return are borne by the customer, unless we communicate a different arrangement in individual cases.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
Statutory Rights Remain Unaffected
The 100-day trial sleep is a voluntary additional service from MUSSELO. It does not replace or restrict your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, your statutory rights regarding defects, or other mandatory consumer rights.
